Shipping and Freight
Orders ship from our Charleston, South Carolina distribution facility.

·       Freight charges vary based on destination, shipment dimensions, shipment weight, and carrier rates in effect at the time of shipment.

·       Shipping costs will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

·       Door-to-door delivery service is available throughout the United States and Canada.

·       Standard orders typically ship within five (5) business days, subject to inventory availability.

·        Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

·       Additional freight solutions may be available for pallet, wholesale, or oversized shipments.

United States Shipments
Freight charges are calculated according to destination ZIP code, shipment size, and selected service level.

Canadian Shipments
Freight charges are quoted individually. Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Freight Terms
Freight terms as defined by Shopify. For Custom orders Door to Door, FOB, are possible.

Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer
All shipping cost are provided by Shopify. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
FloraToSend LLC shall not be responsible for delays resulting from transportation providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, labor disputes, governmental actions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
